Nokia 6700 Classic

Nokia announced a few days ago the Nokia 6700 classic, which is the successor to the 6300, one of Nokia's most popular devices.

Nokia's Classic 6700 goal is to set a new benchmark for mid-range devices. The handset blends harmoniously the smooth surfaces with the rich and elegant materials and the metal keymat. It comes with a 5mp camera with Autofocus and LED Flash, Focal length 4.6mm and white balance modes that enable you to adjust the screen according to the weather and space conditions. There are three capture modes ' normal, greyscale and sepia -, a full screen view finder, a landscape orientation and in built photo editor. Nokia 6700 promises to make photo capturing a unique experience.

The Nokia 6700 features an assisted GPS navigation loaded with Nokia Maps and high speed data access, as well as GPRS MSC 32, EDGE technology, Triple band WCDMA Band I, II and VIII, HSDPA 10Mbps ,TCP/IP support that gives the owner the chance to connect to Internet fast. The handset supports MS Outlook fully, as well as the synchronization of contacts, calendar and notes directly from your computer.

Among its other specifications and characteristics are the Bluetooth version 2.1 including stereo support for all suitable headsets, the support for Pict Bridge, Support for PC synchronisation using the Nokia PC Suite, a built-in music player that reproduces all known music formats, the very practical Nokia Music Manager, an uplink noise cancellation application, as well as full support for polyphonic, mp3 and midi ringtones. It boasts a 2.2 TFT screen, 320x240 with 16.7 million colours, and ambient light sensor that adjusts the screen brightness based on the environment.
